THE COMPANY guarantees the Customer the possibility to cancel his order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, the Customer will have to wait to receive the order in order to process the return.
The Customer shall have a period of 14 working days from receipt of the good or from the formalization of the purchase if it is a service to terminate the contract, except for e-books and subscriptions to online services. The Customer shall communicate to the COMPANY within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, their desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract.
The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, where appropriate, the invoice issued by THE COMPANY, at the Customer's expense. The Customer may return any item purchased from THE COMPANY as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging.
If a product other than the one requested by the customer was delivered by mistake by THE COMPANY, the correct product will be delivered, picking up the first one, without any additional charge to the Customer.
If a product has reached the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, THE COMPANY will take care of picking it up at your home, replacing it with another in good condition, without additional charges.
